1. POSITION(S) VACANT: Accountant- ERP, S M Sehgal Foundation, Gurugram (Two Vacancies)

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Reporting to the Accounts Manager (AM), the Accountant - ERP shall be responsible for maintaining and recording all financial transactions in the accounting system.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
(1) Record data entry using Microsoft Dynamics;

(2) Prepare monthly bank reconciliations;

(3) Organize and update financial records;

(4) Provide support for project-based accounting including the verification of project expenses;

(5) Ensure the accuracy of project codes while recording transactions and that all accounting entries are entered on the same day;

(6) Verification of vendor invoices, ensuring quotations, and appropriate documentation prior to payment;

(7) Provide support for the preparation of monthly and periodic financial reports;

(8) Help comply with statutory requirements relating to GST, Income Tax, TDS as well as the processing of statutory payments as per timelines and procedures.

 

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

 

Qualifications:

Applicants must have a M.Com./ MBA (Finance).

 

Experience:

A minimum of three to five years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision/ Business 365 is essential.

 

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Understanding of accounting concepts and principles;

(2) Expertise in Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel;

(3) Excellent prioritizing and time management skills;

(4) Very high level of commitment and integrity;

(5) Excellent inter-personal skills.

 

5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:

 

Gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive. The offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience and salary history.
