3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Reporting to the Operations Lead, the Coordinator – Operations (CO) shall be responsible for validating all payroll and billing sheets, ensuring proper payment to the vendor, maintaining accurate payroll records, preparing call center agents performance report, fundraising agencies reconciliations, and calculating incentives for call center employees. In this public-facing role, the incumbent shall be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct, consistent with BRB values.

 

 Key Job Responsibilities:

(1) Analyze commission and incentive compensation reporting from various sources to validate data and research all exceptions;
(2) Perform audits of all data sources to confirm the accuracy and functionality of system/ process and manage issue resolution with appropriate teams as necessary and ensure all internal audit controls are effective;
(3) Provide timely responses and issue resolution, escalating as appropriate, to inquiries from all levels in the organization;
(4) Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in troubleshooting and problem solving with internal departments and Call Centers on data and process issues;

(5) Development or improvement of systems to effectively track or capture data;
(6) Preparing weekly Agent Performance Report;
(7) Handle Call Center Operations tackling daily operational challenges including attendance, payments, and leaves;
(8) Responsible for Backend and Field Operations;
(9) Communicate Effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
(10) Efficient in running Operations Process as per the Plan prepared;
(11) Responsible for back end data entry and attribution of leads;
(12) Time Bound reconciliations and report closures.

 

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

 

Qualification:

Applicants should be graduates from reputed institutions.

 

Experience:

(1) Minimum three to four years of experience in MIS, Operations or Backend Operations;

(2) Experience of working with MS Excel.

 

Essential Skills and Competencies:

 

Technical Competencies

(1) MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point;

(2) Adept at queries, process documentation and presenting findings;
(3) Working knowledge of CRM systems and User profile management.

 

Skills:

(1) Ability to make complex spreadsheets and hand on with process documentation;

(2) An organized, team player, self-starter and result-oriented individual;
(3) Empathy to be demonstrated in behavior;
(4) The ability to plan work and meet deadlines;
(5) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

 

5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:

 

Gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive. Please note that the offer made to the selected candidates shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.

 

6. LOCATION: Gurugram

 

7. CONTACT DURATION: This is a full-time position and the initial, fixed-term contract offered will be for a period of two years.
