Interview Coaching by India’s Premier Search Agency for the Social Sector

Good jobs are scarce and interview calls are few. It is important to prepare for the interviews you qualify for and perform to your full potential. Applicants for social sector vacancies can now get the edge, by getting coached by SAMS, India’s premier talent acquisition and search agency for the sector. SAMS has unmatched expertise based on thousands of hours of experience in assessing and interviewing job seekers on account of filling +40,000 vacancies over the past 26 year arising with blue-chip clients in the public health, development, and corporate social responsibility sectors. This expertise is now available on tap, through SAMS's unique Interview Coaching Service (ICS).

Our ICS provides ready access to top, senior and mid-level job seekers, to SAMS's unmatched experience and proprietary tools, helping you prepare and perform well in final interviews.

Following a proven 5-step process (see figure below), SAMS analyses the job, attempts to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your application, anticipates and shares questions that are likely to be asked, conducts and records a simulated interview and provides actionable coaching inputs for improving performance.

The simulated exercise and coaching inputs help you to prepare thoroughly, boost confidence, and dramatically improve performance in the final interview.
