We expect to be able to commence Resume Preparation and LinkedIn Profile Optimisation within two working days of successful registration and payment. We require one to two days of internal preparation time for key stages of interaction and accordingly expect an overall time involvement of five to seven working days for the provision of service deliverables in respect of each product, whether or not subscribed to on an add-on or standalone basis. Service delivery timelines could increase in the case of conflicting service requests and shall be intimated on commencement or within a day of the commencement of service.
(1) Registration for Resume Preparation and LinkedIn Profile Optimisation are based on subscription and payment for the support pack you are eligible for/ interested in.
(2) Payment links for each product pack are available in the above table.
(3) Complete payment will have to be made for the pack you are interested in by credit/debit card or internet banking, before you are enrolled for interview coaching.

(1) Cover Letter Writing.
(2) Custom graphic design or infographics for the resume.
(3) Generation of entirely new content for roles or experiences not detailed or provided by the subscriber; the service focuses on structuring, refining, and optimising information provided by the subscriber.
(4) Submitting job applications on behalf of the subscriber or directly distributing the resume to employers or recruiters.
(5) Creation, collation, or design of a separate career portfolio (e.g., writing samples, project showcases) not integrated into the standard resume format.
(6) Development of multiple distinct resume versions tailored for vastly different career paths or industries, unless specifically agreed upon as a separate service.
(7) Independent verification or fact-checking of the information, achievements, or credentials provided by the subscriber. The subscriber is responsible for the accuracy of all information supplied.
(1) Direct Account Access or Management: SAMS will not log into your LinkedIn account or require your password. All optimised content and suggestions will be provided to you for your own implementation.
(2) Ongoing Profile Management or Activity: The service does not include ongoing management of your LinkedIn profile, such as posting regular updates, writing articles, engaging with your network (e.g., sending connection requests, responding to messages), or monitoring profile analytics on your behalf after the optimisation is complete.
(3) Content Creation Beyond Profile Sections: While we optimise the core sections of your LinkedIn profile (Headline, About, Experience, etc.), this service does not include the creation of a detailed content calendar, drafting of regular posts or articles for your feed, or an ongoing content strategy.
(4) Graphic Design Services: The service does not include custom graphic design for your LinkedIn profile picture, background banner, or any multimedia content. We can provide recommendations on best practices for these visual elements.
(5) LinkedIn Premium Features Configuration: Optimisation focuses on standard LinkedIn profile features. The service does not include detailed guidance, setup, or management of LinkedIn Premium account features unless explicitly agreed upon as a separate service.
(6) Job Application Submissions: The service does not include applying for jobs on your behalf using your LinkedIn profile.
(7) Guaranteed Connections or Engagement: We do not guarantee a specific number of new connections, endorsements, profile views, or engagement metrics as a direct result of the optimisation service.
(8) LinkedIn Technical Support or Training: This service is focused on profile content and structure optimisation, not comprehensive training on all LinkedIn functionalities or technical support for the LinkedIn platform itself.
I. General
SAMS Resume Preparation and LinkedIn Profile Optimisation are independent services separate from our Recruitment Consulting Practice. Utilizing these services does not influence or guarantee preference in SAMS' recruitment processes for client vacancies.
II. Resume Preparation
(1) While the Resume Preparation service is designed to significantly enhance the quality and effectiveness of your resume, SAMS does not guarantee job interviews, job offers, or any specific employment outcomes as a direct result of utilizing this service. Market conditions, subscriber qualifications, application strategy, and employer discretion are significant factors.
(2) The subscriber is responsible for thoroughly reviewing the final resume for accuracy and completeness before use. SAMS is not liable for any errors or omissions once the final version has been approved by the subscriber, nor for the consequences of the resume's use in job applications.
(3) SAMS endeavors to create resumes that are Applicant Tracking System (ATS)-friendly based on current best practices and widely accepted formatting guidelines. However, due to the wide variety and proprietary nature of ATS software used by employers, SAMS cannot guarantee that every resume will be optimally parsed by every ATS in every instance.
(4) The resume is prepared based on information provided by the subscriber and reflects their profile at the time of service delivery. The subscriber is responsible for updating their resume as their experience, skills, or career goals evolve.
III. LinkedIn Profile Optimisation:
(1) No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes: LinkedIn Profile Optimisation is designed to enhance your professional presence, visibility, and networking potential on the LinkedIn platform. However, SAMS does not guarantee any specific outcomes such as job offers, interviews, a particular number of profile views, new connections, or business opportunities as a direct result of this service.
(2) Dynamic Nature of LinkedIn Platform: LinkedIn is a dynamic platform with algorithms, features, and best practices that can change without notice. SAMS provides optimisation based on current knowledge and widely accepted best practices at the time of service delivery. The long-term effectiveness of certain optimisation strategies may be influenced by future platform updates beyond SAMS' control.
(3) Client Responsibility for Accuracy and Engagement: The client is solely responsible for the factual accuracy, completeness, and ongoing maintenance of all information presented on their LinkedIn profile. The ultimate success of an optimised profile also depends on the client's active, authentic, and appropriate engagement on the platform, adherence to LinkedIn's User Agreement, and Professional Community Policies.
(4) Independence from LinkedIn Corporation: SAMS is an independent service provider. Our LinkedIn Profile Optimisation service is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.
(9) Subscriber Control and Implementation: SAMS provides recommendations and optimised content for the subscriber’s LinkedIn profile. The subscriber retains full control over their LinkedIn account and is responsible for implementing the suggested changes. SAMS is not responsible for any errors made by the subscriber during the implementation process.
(10) Confidentiality of Profile Information (During Service): SAMS will treat all information shared by subscriber for the purpose of LinkedIn Profile Optimisation as confidential. However, once the subscriber implements the changes and makes their profile public, the information will be visible as per the subscriber’s chosen LinkedIn privacy settings.
SAMS is committed to providing high-quality, professional Resume Preparation and LinkedIn Profile Optimisation services. These services involve significant dedicated time, consultation, and customized effort from our experienced consultants from the moment of engagement. We encourage subscribers to thoroughly review the service deliverables and timelines before subscribing. Our refund policy is as follows:
I. Definition of Service Commencement:
For the purpose of this refund policy, the service for Resume Preparation and/or LinkedIn Profile Optimisation is considered formally commenced upon the earlier of the following:
(1) The completion of the scheduled initial consultation call between the subscriber and the assigned SAMS consultant. OR
(2) SAMS sending an email confirmation to the subscriber that offline work (e.g., drafting, content structuring) on their resume and/or LinkedIn profile has begun. This typically follows receipt of payment and all necessary initial documents/information requested from the subscriber.
II. Refund Policy Stipulations:
(1) Full Refund – Cancellation Before Service Commencement: Subscribers may cancel their subscribed service(s) and request a 100% refund of the fee paid for that specific service if the cancellation request is made in writing (via email to resumeprep@sams.co.in) *before* the formal commencement of service as defined in Point I above.
(2) No Refund – After Service Commencement (General Rule): Once the service has formally commenced (as per Point I), no refunds will be issued if the subscriber chooses to withdraw from the service, changes their mind, or expresses dissatisfaction with drafts, provided SAMS has adhered to the described service process (including the initial consultation and offering the agreed-upon revision rounds as outlined in the service deliverables). Our services are effort-based, and considerable work is undertaken from the point of commencement.
(3) Exceptions – Partial or Full Refund in Case of Non-Delivery by SAMS: Notwithstanding Point II (2), the following exceptions apply if SAMS is unable to fulfill key service deliverables due solely to reasons attributable to SAMS:
(a) Failure to Provide First Draft: If SAMS fails to deliver the first draft of the subscribed service (Resume or LinkedIn Profile) to the subscriber within 10 working days from: (i) the date of the initial consultation, OR (ii) the date all necessary information and documents requested by SAMS post-consultation are fully received from the subscriber, whichever is later, AND this delay is solely attributable to SAMS (and not due to subscriber unresponsiveness or pending information from the subscriber), the subscriber is entitled to request a 100% refund for that specific undelivered service.
(b) Failure to Complete Agreed Revision Process: If, after timely delivery of the first draft by SAMS and timely provision of comprehensive feedback by the subscriber, SAMS is demonstrably unable to provide the agreed-upon number of revision rounds (as specified in the service deliverables, typically 2-3 rounds for resumes) due solely to SAMS' internal incapacity or prolonged, unexplained failure to engage in the revision process, the subscriber may be entitled to a partial refund of up to 50% for that specific service. This acknowledges the value of the initial consultation, any drafts already provided, and work completed up to that point. The exact percentage will be determined by SAMS based on the stage of service completion.
(4) No Refund – For Delays or Non-Completion Attributable to the Subscriber: No refund, whether full or partial, shall be issued if service delays, or the inability of SAMS to complete the service, are attributable to the subscriber. Such instances include, but are not limited to:
(a) Failure by the subscriber to provide necessary information, existing documents (e.g., current resume in MS Word), or specific content inputs required by SAMS for service completion in a timely manner (e.g., within 5 working days of request).
(b) The subscriber missing scheduled consultation calls without providing reasonable prior notice (minimum 24 hours for rescheduling) or repeatedly rescheduling calls, thereby hindering the service timeline.
(c) Failure by the subscriber to provide feedback on drafts within the timeframe specified by SAMS (typically within two weeks of receiving a draft, to facilitate the outlined 2-3 rounds of revision).
(d) Failure by the subscriber to respond to SAMS communications essential for progressing the service (e.g., queries, requests for clarification) within 7 working days.
(e) If a subscriber does not provide any feedback, approval, or necessary information on a submitted draft for a continuous period of 30 calendar days (despite SAMS having sent at least one reminder communication), SAMS reserves the right to consider the service engagement completed to the best of its ability with the information available up to that point. In such cases, the service will be deemed concluded, and no refund will be applicable.
(5) Subjective Dissatisfaction with Style or Content: SAMS is dedicated to subscriber satisfaction and aligns its services with best practices for the social impact sector. The service includes collaborative elements, such as an initial consultation and 2-3 rounds of revisions for resumes (and a similar iterative process for LinkedIn profiles), to incorporate subscriber feedback and tailor documents. Refunds will not be issued based on purely subjective dissatisfaction with writing style, content choices, or formatting if SAMS has delivered the service as described, including providing the agreed-upon consultation, drafts, and opportunities for revision. The service aims to apply professional expertise and best practices to enhance the subscriber's provided information and professional narrative.
III. Process for Requesting Refunds (Where Applicable under Point II (1) or (3):
All refund requests, where deemed eligible under the conditions specified in Point II (1) or (3) of this policy, must be submitted in writing via email to resumeprep@sams.co.in. The request must clearly state the reasons, referencing the specific clause(s) of this refund policy under which the refund is being claimed. SAMS will review the request against service records and this policy and will respond to the subscriber within 7-10 working days with a decision.
IV. Payment Confirmation:
By completing payment for the Resume Preparation and/or LinkedIn Profile Optimisation service, the subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.
