Our ICS provides ready access to top, senior and mid-level job seekers, to SAMS's unmatched experience and proprietary tools, helping you prepare and perform well in final interviews.

SAMS analyses the job, attempts to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your application, anticipates and shares questions that are likely to be asked, conducts and records a simulated interview and provides actionable coaching inputs for improving performance.

Details of What You Get
Details of what to expect at each stage of SAMS's ICS product are provided below:

Output/ Session Description
(1) Commencement of Service (a) Overview of the interview preparation process, explaining the different outputs and sessions
(b) Agreement on specific dates as well as time slots (if possible), for the different sessions
(2) Internal Job Analysis SAMS carries out an internal analysis of the job description for the post you are being interviewed for, identifying KRAs and key Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Attributes (QESAs), that we believe the hiring organization is likely to focus on during their interaction with you
(3) Assessment of Strengths and Weaknesses Analysis of your resume, vis-à-vis KRAs and QESAs identified earlier, to determine your strengths and possible weaknesses. Our analysis and comments shall be shared with you by email
(4) Interactive Video Session #1 (15 minutes) Interactive discussion of job requirements, your application, and your strengths and possible weaknesses with a view to anticipating key areas that the interview panel may focus on during the final interview
(5) Receipt of Practice Question Bank (a) Generate and email you a list of 8-10 questions that shall help you prepare for the interview
(b) The Practice Question Bank shall focus on key QESAs/ core competencies that you shall be expected to demonstrate expertise in your final interview and generate indicative questions in these areas
(c) We shall also include generic questions that are frequently asked in interviews as ice breakers and/or to assess soft skills
(6) Interactive Video Session #2: Mock Interview (45 minutes) Conduct of asynchronous or online mock video interview to administer the Practice Question Bank shared with you, giving you at least one day to prepare for the same
(7) Analysis of Mock Interview 1 (Offline) Review and analysis of the recording made of the mock video interview and provide feedback on the following:

(a) Overall confidence levels
(b) Overall fluency and success in effectively communicating thoughts and responding to questions
(c) Questions that were answered satisfactorily
(d) Questions that were not answered satisfactorily and why
(e) Areas requiring better preparation
(f) Suggestions for improvement
(8) Interactive Video Session #3: Feedback on Mock Interview (30 minutes) Discussion of our detailed analysis and assessment of mock interview, illustrating conclusions by referring to specific components of the video recording
Trun-around Times

We expect to be able to commence ICS within two working days of successful registration and payment. We require one to two days of internal preparation time for key stages of interaction and accordingly expect an overall time involvement of about five working days for the provision of ICS assistance. Service delivery timelines could increase in the case of conflicting service requests and shall be intimated on commencement or within a day of the commencement of service.

Exclusions

We do not coach candidates who have been shortlisted for final interviews for vacancies that have arisen with our clients.

SAMS is focused on providing recruitment assistance to candidates working in the public health, development and corporate social responsibility sectors. We do not presently coach candidates working outside of these sectors.

Refund Policy

It must be noted that SAMS provides a coaching service that helps you prepare and perform better in Final Interviews, but makes no claim whatsoever about the success of ICS. No claim shall be entertained by SAMS on account of disappointment with the outcome of ICS. Our refund policy for the service is described below:

(1) Provision of ICS is effort sensitive for SAMS and we do not refund subscriptions once the service formally commences
(2) You may cancel the service and request a full refund at any time before SAMS formal communication of the commencement of service vide an email indicating specific dates for different sessions
(3) 50% refund shall be made in the event SAMS is unable to conclude ICS and conduct the mock interview, asynchronously or online and provide feedback on the same, within agreed timelines
(4) No refund shall, however, be made if the delay is attributable to your failure or inability to attend the mock interview scheduled by SAMS
(5) In the event of rescheduling of final interview by the hiring organization, you may request deferment of the conduct of the Mock Interview by SAMS for a maximum period of 90 days.
(6) In case any customer's payment qualify for a refund, the standard duration of refund is 14 working days, the refund amount will be credited back by using the original payment method of the customer.

Registration and Payment

Registration for ICS is based on subscription and payment for the support pack you are interested in.

Complete payment will have to be made for the pack you are interested in by credit/debit card or internet banking, before you are enrolled for interview coaching.
