Our client is a leading Indian CSR organization driving inclusive development through impactful programs in health, education, rural upliftment, and more, in collaboration with public, private, and community partners.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contribute to the research initiatives as a Senior Research Associate. Execute research projects, analyze data, and support evidence-based decision-making within the Research
Department.

Key Responsibilities:
(1) Execute research projects under the guidance of the Head of Research, ensuring adherence to methodologies and ethical standards;
(2) Collect, analyze, and interpret data using statistical and qualitative methods, providing valuable insights for women's development;
(3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and contribute to the design of research studies;
(4) Prepare and present research findings through reports, presentations, and other communication channels;
(5) Stay updated on the latest research methodologies, technologies, and industry trends;
(6) Support the development of research proposals, protocols, and data collection instruments;
(7) Assist in managing relationships with external research partners, academic institutions, and industry experts;
(8) Participate in the mentorship and training of junior research staff, contributing to the development of the research team.

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications:

Applicants must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Gender Studies, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.

Experience:

(1) Minimum 10 years of proven experience in executing research projects and data analysis;

Key Skills and Competencies:

(1) Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

(2) Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

(3)  Continual learning and staying informed about the latest research methodologies

and trends.

5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:
