4. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transform Schools is seeking a dedicated and creative Associate- Content to craft top-notch learning materials for secondary-grade teachers and students. This role involves developing high-quality resources, including assessment papers, video content, mock tests, worksheets, and lesson plans, meticulously aligned with the Transform Programme and the state curriculum. Additionally, the incumbent will research and brainstorm innovative approaches to ensure subject content is presented in pedagogically effective and engaging ways.

Key Job Responsibilities:

(1) Develop high-quality educational materials, including assessment papers, mock tests, worksheets, video content, and lesson plans, aligned with the Transform Programme and state curriculum standards;

(2) Independently manage lesson planning, question setting, and assessment designing processes;

(3) Research and brainstorm innovative pedagogical approaches to present subject content effectively and engagingly;

(4) Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and stakeholders to ensure content relevance and accuracy;

(5) Utilize excellent written and visual communication skills to facilitate diverse groups and ensure clarity in instructional materials;

(6) Integrate educational technology tools and platforms for content creation and delivery.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications and Experience:

(1) Bachelor’s or Master's degree in specific subject; Mathematics/ Science (Bio/ Chem/ Physics)/ English from reputed institute/ universities;
(2) Minimum 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in teaching, teacher training, academic content development.

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Strong subject mastery;
(2) Ability to independently manage lesson planning, question setting, and assessment designing;
(3) Excellent communication skills, both written and visual, including the ability to facilitate diverse groups;
(4) Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging educational content;
(5) Sound knowledge of curriculum development, pedagogical strategies, and instructional design principles;
(6) Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms for content creation and delivery

6. COMPENSATION OFFERED:

The gross compensation budgeted for the position is Rs. 6 lacs per annum. The offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.

7. NATURE OF APPOINTMENT:

This is a full-time position, and the candidate will be on the TS-PFA's payroll.
