2. ORGANISATION BACKGROUND:
Established in 1995, Make-A-Wish Foundation India is a non-profit organization that has fulfilled 82,544 wishes across 11 office locations across India since its inception. Make-A-Wish Foundation is the largest and only wish-granting organization in India and dedicated to granting wishes of children between the ages of 3 and 18 years, living with life-threatening illnesses, irrespective of their socio-economic status, caste, race or religion.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager shall be responsible for the following responsibilities:
Key Deliverable:
(1) Ensure effective communication and coordination between the central office and 11 divisional offices;
(2) Facilitate regular meetings, updates, and information sharing to maintain smooth operations across all locations;
(3) Address any operational issues or challenges faced by the divisional offices and provide timely support;
(4) Support in procurement-related matters and maintain accurate records;
(5) Develop and maintain reporting templates for beneficiaries, donors, and other relevant metrics;
(6) Collect, analyze, and consolidate data from divisional offices to create accurate and comprehensive reports;
(7) Prepare and submit accurate and comprehensive reports on fundraising activities, financials, and other relevant metrics for internal and external stakeholders;
(8) Liaise with external stakeholders, such as donors, partners, and regulatory agencies, to provide required reports and information;
(9) Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and manipulate data efficiently;
(10) Present reports to management, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas of improvement.
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualification
Applicants must be postgraduate in relevant field from a reputed institution.
Experience:
(1) Minimum two to three years of relevant experience in assisting in operational planning.
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Should be strong at problem-solving and decision-making, with good people skills;
(2) Ability to apply a variety of strategic frameworks to analyse scenarios to guide and develop solutions;
(3) Passion for development and an understanding of the social impact space;
(4) Excellent oral and written communication in English.
5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:
Gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive and ranges from Rs. 6 to 8 lacs per annum. The offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.
