We presently have a team of 25 full-time recruiters and a strong IT team supporting the same, which comprises the largest for a Recruitment Consultancy focused exclusively on servicing the public health, development and CSR sectors. Team size is frequently augmented to double this bench-strength during the year, on account of large recruitment projects awarded to the company.




A vacancy exists with SAMS, for junior and mid-level MIS Executive (MISE), to support recruitment assignments for the public health, development and CSR sectors.


The positions provide support for the development, implementation, and maintenance of customized management information system (MIS) reports and solutions, for supporting SAMS’ large recruitment projects, as well as senior-level searches.


Key Responsibilities:


(1) Work closely with the recruitment team to understand their requirements and ensure the design and generation of appropriate, MS-Excel based, MIS reports on a timely basis;

(2) Extract and compile information in MS-Excel from different databases and data sources. Analyse and present data to the Recruitment Team in the form of reports using advanced tools and formulas viz. Pivot tables, Charts, Vlookup, Index, Match and Count if, etc.;

(3) Assist the recruitment team in outreach and talent sourcing by uploading vacancy announcements on the company website, mass-mailing to databases, researching the internet, as well as internal and external databases, etc.;

(4) Help the Recruitment Team confirm the eligibility of applicants by analysing large datasets and assessing the validity of data submitted;

(5) Help the Recruitment Team in generating reports by data input and data checking and analysis;

(6) Transfer relevant data from various sources into a well-managed off-line system from which users can generate required recruitment project reports, without having detailed knowledge of databases or information technology;

(7) Help the Recruitment Team generate sophisticated and high-impact business proposals and presentations using MS PowerPoint, MS Word and/or other standard applications.




Applicants must have a Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Hardware & Software Engineering, or other related subjects.  
Two years of Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Hardware & Software Engineering, or other related subjects.


(1) Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant working experience, including experience of working in MS-Excel and developing MIS;
(2) Proven experience in Data Management and Analysis;
(3) Prior experience of designing and developing websites, as well as database-driven web applications, shall be preferred.

The job entails periodic travel in the context of recruitment projects.
