Anticipated Vacancy for Recruitment Assistant

3. COMPANY PROFILE:

Strategic Alliance Management Service P Ltd. (SAMS) is a premier management consultancy that has been exclusively focused on providing recruitment, payrolling and supply chain management services, to the public health and development sectors in India, for the past 22 years.

SAMS’ clients include bilaterals, multilaterals, I/NGOs and both Central and State Government organizations.

An RfP has been published by one of State Government in the thematic areas of Health System Strengthening in rural and urban areas- Reproductive-Maternal- Neonatal-Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCH+A), and Communicable and Non-Communicable Diseases.

SAMS is bidding for this RfP and currently looking to identify and shortlist suitable candidates to support the above project.

 4. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Search for qualified candidates online and through other channels for recruitment;
(2) Filter resumes to identify qualified candidates;
(3) Effectively manage recruitment related enquiries via phone and e-mail, ensuring that these are dealt with in a timely, accurate and professional manner;
(4) Contact candidates to arrange interviews both verbally and electronically;
(5) Produce accurate offer letters tailored to each appointment;
(6) Issue and ensure the return of signed contracts for new staff;
(7) Maintain accurate records relating to recruitment activity in the vacancy management system;
(8) Assist with any other recruitment function under the purview of the Agency.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications:
Applicant must be a graduate from a reputed institute.

Experience:
(1) Applicant must have minimum three years’ experience with emphasis on recruitment in Healthcare sector for National Govt/State Govt/PSUs;
(2) Experience in other sectors for National Govt/State Govt/PSUs shall be preferred.

Required Skills:
(1) Excellent oral and written communication skills; 
(2) Good organisational skills, efficient and strong problem-solving skills;
(4) Good sense of priorities and ability to tackle multiple tasks simultaneously;

6. COMPENSATION OFFERED:

The gross remuneration budgeted for the position is attractive. Offers shall be commensurate with the qualifications, experience and salary history, of the selected candidate.

(Notes: *Candidates shall be working on the payroll of SAMS, a leading HR Agency for the public health and development sectors in India.)
